Our Story
PNW Tree Service was founded in 2005 by Mike Hansen, a third-generation arborist whose grandfather planted trees in the Cascade foothills during the reforestation efforts of the 1940s.
What started as a one-truck operation has grown into a team of certified professionals, but our values haven't changed. We still approach every tree as a living thing worthy of expert care - and every customer as a neighbor.
Today, our team includes ISA Certified Arborists who understand the unique needs of Pacific Northwest species: the towering Douglas firs, the graceful Western red cedars, the spreading big leaf maples, and the countless ornamental trees that grace our region's yards.
We've built our reputation on doing things right - even when it takes longer or costs more. That's the only way we know how to work.
